Image Use Policy & AI Disclosure

Last updated: September 2026

At Nest Optima, we publish home improvement and remodeling guides, project ideas, and cost estimates for homeowners. This page explains where the images on our website come from and how we handle copyright.

Where Our Images Come From

All images on Nest Optima are either original visuals created by our team or AI-generated illustrations produced with generative AI tools and reviewed by our editors. We do not republish photos taken from other websites, social media accounts, or online forums.

AI-Generated Image Disclosure

Many of our images are AI-generated concept illustrations. Please keep in mind:

  • They are illustrations for inspiration only. They are not photos of real, completed projects.
  • Colors, materials, proportions, and finishes may look different in real life.
  • Real results depend on your space, your contractor, local building codes, and material availability.

Before starting any project, we recommend consulting a licensed contractor or qualified professional in your area.

Cost Estimates

Project cost estimates in our articles are general guides based on typical market prices. Actual costs vary by location, labor rates, materials, and project size. Prices may be shown in USD, GBP, CAD, or AUD depending on the article. Please request quotes from local professionals before budgeting.

The original images and AI-generated visuals on this website are the property of Nest Optima. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Brief sharing on social media with a link back to the original article is welcome.
